About Faye Hall
“I have been passionate about my health and general well being for as long as I can remember. Over the years this passion has grown and I share my knowledge with friends and family and have seen positive results.
I am a firm believer that in order to prevent disease, the mind, body and spirit must work together for us to achieve our full potential, whatever this may be for the individual as we are all unique beings having a human experience”.
Faye's journey into health really began to expand when she was diagnosed with fibroids. Her doctor suggested her best option was to have a hysterectomy as she wasn't planning on having any more children. Unhappy with this option, she began her extensive research into other treatments for her symptoms and discovered that the main reason this drastic operation was offered to her, and to many other women, was because it was the cheapest option. Upset and frustrated by this, Faye started to look at nutrition more closely by understanding how and what foods could heal the body, and subsequently embarked on a natural and organic diet in a bid to solve her own personal health issue. This led to a reduction in size of her fibroids by using the following natural organic products - organic apple cider vinegar, organic baking powder and organic black molasses - as well as many other natural products.
“As I researched ingredients and alternative methods of preparing foods, this led me to discovering the power of implementing a Raw Food lifestyle as a natural way to prevent disease and heal the body.
Food definitely heals and is a preventative medicine. By giving your body living foods - your mind, body and spirit will align themselves in a way that will amaze you.
Allergies, depression and cancer plague so many people in society today and this is my experience when I observe the disease within in my own circle of family and friends, many of whom are still consuming processed foods.
I am now in my eighth year of Raw Food Living and it has been an amazing journey. As the journey continues; a friend of mine recently cooked me a vegan (plant based) meal,It was lovely, tasty and perfectly healthy. As a result, I have now introduced vegan meals into my regime and enjoy the benefits of both .
For me food is not just about eating, its a spiritual practice that can deeply connect you to the core of yourself when we have an appreciation for what food is truly designed to do.
